The evaluation results of Shanghai's outstanding engineering survey and design projects in 2025 have been officially announced a few days ago. GN Architects' health and wellness urban renewal project "Weifang Zhongyi Longhu Health and Wellness Town Comprehensive Supporting Service Center" was awarded the third prize in architectural engineering design (public buildings).

2025年度上海市优秀工程勘察设计项目评定成果已于日前正式公布，GN栖城设计康养类城市更新项目「潍坊中颐龙湖康养小镇综合配套服务中心」获评建筑工程设计（公共建筑）三等成果。

Design Shanghai, Asia's leading international design event, will be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center from June 4th to 7th, 2025. Following the 2024 Design Shanghai Xintiandi Design Festival, GN Architects is once again collaborating with Design Shanghai. Managing Partners Shen Lijiang and Guan Yiqun have been invited to participate in the Design Shanghai Healthy Habitat Design Forum, where they will deliver speeches on various topics over the course of the day.

The recommended award projects for the 2024 China Construction Science and Technology Award were officially announced recently. The project "Research and Application of Key Technologies for the Construction of Elderly Livable Environments and Aging-Adaptive Renovations," in which Tongji University, China Academy of Urban Planning and Design (Beijing), Shandong Elderly Care Service Guidance Center, and GN Architects participated in depth, won the second prize in this selection.

2024年度华夏建设科学技术奖推荐授奖项目于近日正式公布，由同济大学联合中规院（北京）规划设计有限公司、山东省养老服务指导中心、GN栖城设计共同深度参与的课题《老年宜居环境建设与适老化改造关键技术研究与应用》在本届评选中荣获二等奖。
